Enquiry form
The form does not send information to a website database. If you choose WhatsApp, your browser opens a WhatsApp link that already contains the complete message, so WhatsApp can receive this text as soon as the link opens, even before you press send. If you choose email, the message is handed to your email application. You can review and edit the message before you send it.
Data received by Dolphin Nemo
If you send a message, Dolphin Nemo receives what it contains: tour, preferred and alternative date, number of adults, children and their ages, accommodation, preferred language, dietary requirements, accessibility or medical information, your name, phone number, email address and any further message. The form prepares the message only when tour, preferred date, number of adults, name and phone number are filled in and the consent box is ticked. For health information, include only what the crew needs to know for your trip. Dolphin Nemo uses these details to answer your availability or booking request.
Third-party services
WhatsApp, Facebook, Google Maps, Tripadvisor and PayPal apply their own privacy terms when you open them. Email enquiries are delivered to Dolphin Nemo’s Gmail address (dolphinnemo10@gmail.com) and are therefore also processed by Google; your own email provider applies its own terms.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser’s local storage. To count visits it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): when a page loads, your browser fetches a small script from Cloudflare and reports the page address, the referring page, the browser type and loading times. As with any connection, Cloudflare receives your IP address. The service uses no cookies, no local storage and no fingerprinting, and does not follow visitors across websites. Dolphin Nemo only sees totals such as page views and visits. The site uses no advertising services. As with any website, your browser keeps the addresses of the pages you visit in its history and stores files such as images, fonts, styles and scripts in its cache.
Hosting and server data
When you open a page, your browser transmits technical data such as your IP address, the requested address, date and time, browser type and the referring page to the server of the hosting provider. This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. A copy is also served through Cloudflare (dolphin-nemo.pages.dev), which may additionally ask your browser to report failed connections to Cloudflare.
